TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY for the 7th International Congress of Medical Assessors of Slovenia:

Bed and breakfast in a single room	EUR 185– 30% = EUR 129.50	144 EUR – 20% = 115,20 EUR
Early check-in or late check-out	EUR 50	50 EUR

 

Extra charges:

• registration fee EUR 2.00 / price per stay / per person
• tourist tax is charged as per a Laško Municipality’s ordinance / per day/ per person
• comfort room, room with a balcony, suite, payable as per regular price list

 

Price includes: accommodation, self-service breakfast, unlimited access to the swimming pools, daily access to the fitness studio, drinking of thermal water, bathrobe (in the TPL Hotel) and bath towel in the room, free wi-fi in the building, animation programme, relaxation and recreation. The pool facilities can also be used on the day of departure after 11 a.m. The room is available after 14 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is possible at an extra charge if the room is vacant.

 

Any cancellation of accommodation reservation must be made prior to the event. No-shows will be charged in accordance with business practices.

 

1. ACCOMMODATION FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS THROUGHOUT THEIR STAY AND FOR PARTICIPANTS IN  CASE OF EXTENDED STAY

Participants are welcome to extend their stay and invite their companions for a relaxing break.

PRICE FOR HALF BOARD in a double room:

EUR 79.00 / per person/ per day in the Zdravilišče Laško Hotel****, Superior

 

PRICE FOR BED AND BREAKFAST in a double room:

EUR 85.00 / per person /per day in the Thermana Park Laško Hotel****, Superior

EUR 75.00 / per person /per day in the Zdravilišče Laško Hotel****, Superior

 

Extra charges:

If the room is vacant on the day of arrival, check-in is possible before 14 p.m.
